BSRI always welcome certified radiologists to be a Life Member of Bangladesh Society of Radiology & Imaging (BSRI). We already have more than 500 Life Members. Here are the steps to be a Life Member of BSRI. And it is very easy >>>
1. Download the "BSRI Life Membership Form" & print.
2. Fill it up with a PP sized photograph and your informations.
3. You can send the filled form (along with updated BMDC & Post-Graduation Certificates’ photo copy) to the BSRI Temporary Secretariat at SHNIBPS, Dhaka or Color Scan all and send an Email with the attachments to email.bsri@gmail.com
4. Please send the Life Membership fee BDTK - 10,000/= (taka Ten Thousand only) cash to BSRI Temporary Secretariat at Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery (SHNIBPS), Dhaka or send it by bKash (including the bKash transfer fee) to bKash no. 01711974344 along with the form & required documents.
