BSRI always welcome certified radiologists to be a Life Member of Bangladesh Society of Radiology & Imaging (BSRI). We already have more than 580 Life Members. Here are the steps to be a Life Member of BSRI. And it is very easy >>>
1. Download the "BSRI Life Membership Form" & print.
2. Fill it up with a PP sized photograph and your informations.
3. You can send the filled form (along with updated BMDC & Post-Graduation Certificates’ photo copy) to the BSRI Temporary Secretariat at Room#433, F Block, BMU Radiology department, Dhaka or Color Scan all and send an Email with the attachments to email.bsri@gmail.com
4. Please send the Life Membership fee BDTK - 10,000/= (taka Ten Thousand only) cash to BSRI Temporary Secretariat at Room#433, F Block, BMU Radiology department, Dhaka or make bKash payment to 01622535449 along with the form & required documents.
